Q. Do you charge a finders fee or membership fee?
A. No. We are a referral and placement service not a placement agency and our services are absolutely FREE to you.

Q. Where do you find your nannies/caregivers?
A. Unlike other nanny providers we do not use internet sites to find our nannies/caregivers.  Many are referred by our current nannies, families and our website. All of our nannies are personally interviewed by the owners.

Q. Do you provide only long term permanent placement of nannies/caregivers?

A. Not only do we provide permanent placement of part time and full time nannies/caregivers, we also offer temporary care, back up care, overnight care, after school and occasional care.

Q. How much advance notice do I need to provide when booking a nanny/caregiver?

A. No more than 1 to 2 weeks in advance of needing long term permanent placement - full time or part time.  For back up and occasional care we can usually place a nanny/caregiver with very little advance notice (a few hours).

Q. Are you locally owned and operated?
A. Yes, since 1997 and we offer service across NE Florida.

Q.  Do I pay the agency or the nanny?

A.  The family pays the nanny/caregiver directly by either cash, bank app or check.

Q. How do you determine which nannies/caregivers are a good fit for your service?
A. We take a personal approach to our selection process. All applicants are personally interviewed by the owners, we check references, run a national criminal background check and require that everyone is CPR and First Aid Certified.

Q. Do you offer services other than nanny/caregiver services?
A. Yes, we offer a wide range of services, including but not limited to, housekeeping, pet sitting, house sitting, running errands and transportation needs.
